ORDER PROCESS
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (9 am - 6 pm UTC+1). Orders received after 5:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

SHIPMENTS:
Our shipments leave from two different places, Italy and Colombia. We manage national and international shipments. The costs and shipping times depend on the location of the product, in the description of each one, it is specified where it is located.

COSTS AND SHIPPING TIMES:

Shipments from our headquarters in Rome, ITALY: 
  • Italy: Free shipping. Time: 1 - 3 business days
  • European Union, USA, and Canada: €9.00 (Approx. 10 USD); Time: 3 - 7 business days.
  • Rest of Europe, Latin America, Australia, Singapore, China, and Japan: €19.00; Time: 5 - 14 business days.
  • Rest of the World: €24.00; Time: 5 - 21 business days
For all orders from the European Union: This product includes the cost of taxes and duties.
For orders outside of the European Union: Customers are responsible for taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence.

Shipments from our headquarters in Riohacha, Colombia to:
  •  Colombia: Free shipping; Time: 1 - 4 business days
  •  USA, Canada, and Latin America: Shipping €9.00 (Approx. 10 USD); Time: 3 - 7 business days
  •  European Union: Shipping €9; Time: 5- 14 business days
  •  Rest of Europe, Australia, Singapore, China, and Japan: Shipping €19.00; Time: 5 - 14 business days
  •  Rest of the World: Shipping €24.00; Time: 7 - 21 business days
For all orders from Colombia: This product includes the cost of taxes and duties.
For orders outside of Colombia: customers are responsible for taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence.
The shipping cost will be the same if you buy one or more bags located at the same location; If you place an order with products at both locations, you will have to pay for two separate shipments. We have created two collections with all the products found in each location: Stock Colombia and Stock Italy. If you want to buy from the same location, visit these collections on the home page.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an error in entering your shipping address, SolAzul won't be responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred to redirect or forward the package.
Please note that our shipping times should be followed as a guide. SolAzul cannot assume responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, weather-related delays, or events beyond our control. However, we will try to minimize any possible delays.
