Esta mochila fue tejida a mano en el corazón del mundo, La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, por mujeres indígenas Arhuacas. El proceso de creación consiste en obtener la lana de oveja, seleccionarla, lavarla, secarla, hilarla y luego tejer el mochila en su color beige natural. El tejido de la mochila dura unas 3 semanas y el bordado con chaquiras una semana más. Cada mochila tiene un significado especial; para la cultura Arhuaca representa el vientre de la mujer, y es uno de sus símbolos sagrados. Es la materialización de los pensamientos de su creadora.
